Data Deletion

You can revoke TapBoost's access to your business profile and request complete deletion of your data at any time, free of charge and without having to give a reason.
Option 1 — Immediate deletion from the application
- Sign in to your TapBoost account.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account and data.
- Confirm the action.
Business profiles are disconnected immediately. Final deletion of the data completes within a maximum of 30 days.
Option 2 — Request by email
Write to soporte@tapboost.es with the subject line "Data deletion request". To process the request we need:
- The email address associated with your TapBoost account.
- The name of the business or location concerned, if you only want part of the data deleted.
- Whether you want the whole account deleted or only the data of a specific business profile.
We acknowledge receipt within 72 hours and complete deletion within a maximum of 30 calendar days, confirming when it is done.
Option 3 — Revoke access from your Google account
You can withdraw the permission granted to TapBoost at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, selecting TapBoost and clicking “Revoke access”. Revocation stops all synchronisation immediately.
What gets deleted
